Famekite / free scorecard
Influencer vetting checklist: check before you pay.
Follower count says very little. Before you send money or product, check who actually watches, whether the engagement is real, and whether the creator will give you the rights you need. Tick each item to get a score.

How to check each item quickly
- Audience location and age: ask the creator for a screenshot of their audience insights. A serious creator will share it.
- Real engagement: open their last 10 posts and read the comments. Real comments mention the content.
- Follower spikes: free tools that track follower history can show sudden jumps; ask about them.
- Brand safety: scroll back a few months, including stories highlights and replies.
- Past results: ask for screenshots of views, link clicks or discount-code uses from a previous brand deal.
What the score means
80+: strong fit; agree the brief, deliverables and rights in writing. 55–79: possible; start with a small test or product-only deal. Under 55: keep looking. Any unticked must-have item is worth resolving before paying, whatever the score.
Next, brief them properly with the UGC creator brief, or let us handle sourcing: UGC and influencer content.
Before you brief us
How many followers should an influencer have?
There is no right number. A smaller creator whose audience matches your customers often outperforms a large account with the wrong audience.
Is the scorecard saved?
No. It runs in your browser. Use “Copy summary” to paste the result into a note or message.
Should I pay for posts or for usage rights?
Usually both are separate line items. Decide whether you need organic posting, paid-ad usage, or both, and for how long.
